1.0 BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible as authorized representative of the CONTRACTOR at site for the daily co-ordination with the COMPANY (TAKREER) on all routine matters related to CONTRACT implementation.
H will be based in the site during the working hours of the COMPANY. The major activities include :
1.1 Manages the personnel supplied by the CONTRACTOR and maintains all the records related to the employment of the personnel.
1.2 Maintains payment records, reports daily attendance, leave, and absence of personnel.
1.3 Arranges personnel’s attendance for overtime needs and emergency calls.
1.4 Prepares annual leave schedule, advance requests for long and emergency leaves for approval of the COMPANY, and arranges leave coverage as and when requested.
1.5 Prepares monthly timesheet of personnel on TAKREER forms.
1.6 Arranges accommodation, food, refreshments, and transportation for personnel.
1.7 Arranges safety gears, first aid and medical facilities for personnel.
1.8 Maintains and provides performance reports, accident reports, etc.
1.9 Attends to complaints / grievances of personnel and takes appropriate action as necessary.
1.10 Acts as a safety supervisor for the personnel and is responsible for the implantation of safety guidelines issued by the COMPANY.
Ensures that safety talks and safety training is imparted to personnel.
1.11 Arranges additional personnel on long-term and short-term basis with due diligence as and when requested.
1.12 Submits overtime records before 3rd of every month.
1.13 Prepares leave schedule for personnel.
1.14 Arranges for all temporary and permanent passes for personnel.
1.15 Ensures that all personnel punch cards during entry and exit and verifies this against the monthly time sheet.
1.16 Ensures all invoices and time sheets are submitted as per the area and discipline codes.
1.17 Maintains all time sheets and records of personnel with the work locations and the reporting supervisor.
1.18 liaises with Maintenance Planning.
1.19 Prepares monthly reports which verify level of manning percentage.
1.20 Preparing and maintaining Dossiers / Database of all supplied manpower, turnover figures etc.
2.0 MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
2.1 University Graduate in Business Administration or equivalent, with industrial safety training
2.2 Age 35 to 45 years.
2.3 Minimum 10 years experience in supervision of skilled and unskilled work force, preferably in the Refining or Petrochemical industry.
Should have experience in administering a manpower supply contract. Engineering Graduate with 5-6 years of Plant and Safety experience is also acceptable.
2.4 Computer literate with knowledge in word processing and spread sheet applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
2.5 Fluent in spoken and written English.
