Manage a range of marketing objectives in line with marketing communications briefs from the Cross Channel Specialists via the Manager Marketing Communications (MMC) including new customer acquisition and customer retention, through online conversion, engagement and brand building.

Reporting into Digital Marketing Specialists, to support the regional MMCs by delivering digital marketing plans in response to their briefs.

Implement and optimise plans across platforms and channels (PPC, Display, Email, Affiliates, SEO). Work alongside Cross Channel and specialist teams across the marketing communications mix to achieve shared objectives, ensuring campaigns are integrated and ensuring a consistent voice and message.

  • Job Accountabilities Campaign Planning & Implementation - Manage the briefing and production of marketing communications across platforms and channels;
  • Email, Paid Search, Paid Social (Facebook, Twitter), Display and Affiliates. - Support Digital Marketing Specialists in ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered according to the schedule and within set budgets.

  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the specialist areas in the regional account team and digital channel specialists to deploy a customer-
  • centric approach to digital marketing; relevant and effective across all digital customer touch-points Reporting & Analysis -

    Support Digital Marketing Specialist by aggregating and analysing data and generating cross channel reports for all online marketing activities.

  • Monitor and measure all digital marketing activity using available analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, deriving data-
  • driven insights informed marketing decisions can be based on. - Support a defined testing plan to increase business insight from marketing campaigns, focusing on insights to support arguments for revenue improvements and cost savings.

  • Keep abreast of the latest innovations and technologies in digital marketing to support commercial objectives Budget Control -
  • Track and monitor digital performance budget spends ensuring budgets are not overspent and where necessary to modify spend, seek prior approval from Digital Marketing Specialist -

    Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) Experience : - Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing Knowledge / Skills : -

  • Experience in basic HTML and / or Content Management Systems (CMS) is desirable - Degree in a relevant field - Experience in a digital role;
  • client or agency side - Excellent in client servicing digital marketing, either agency or client side - Solid communicator, great at keeping stakeholders and others posted with the appropriate level of details -
