Thenew Regional Treasury Centre Middle East based in Abu Dhabi streamlines fundingto subsidiaries by centralizing liquidity (physical or notional pooling) toreduce the need for operational cash and leverages trapped cash in regulatedmarkets.

The RTC utilizes industry standard systems / tools and technology to providea wholesale in-house banking product and service offering for its clients thatis capable to match corporate banking standards.
The Mission :
The SeniorAssociates Liquidity, Cash & Banks will be supporting the VP LCB in theexecution being the most senior professional for cash management and liquidityrisk management in the region.
He / she will be responsible for the execution and control of the CashManagement, Liquidity Risk Management and In-House Bank activities in theassigned territories, including the execution of these activities on behalf ofSiemens AG the Operating Companies and Strategic Companies
What are my responsibilities?
Ensuresgovernance, execution and control of core Treasury activities in an efﬁcientway.
Acts asDISPO Ofﬁcer in all ﬁnancial governance and ﬁnancial related risk relatedissues.
Developingand leveraging relationships within and across teams and / or organizationalunits to achieve results.
Using ownunderstanding of key market drivers to expand into new markets.
Establishingand committing to a long-term business direction, gathering & analyzingqualitative & quantitative data.
Maintainingeffectiveness when experiencing major changes in work responsibilities orenvironment & adjusting effectively to change.
Understandsbusiness goals, objectives and needs of the business solution environment.
Validatesthe IT solution architecture against business requirements and assumptions, andprioritizes them.
Contributesand supports planning, budgeting, design and alignment of business processesand corresponding IT solution architecture.
Alsoresponsible for the implementation of data-driven components supporting datamodelling and engineering in the context of data analytics (Data Stewardship).
What do I need to qualify for thisjob?
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification) or further qualification(Ideally CFA, ChPP, CITP and / or MCT / CTP / CertT )
3-5 yearsworking experience in similar functions within Financial markets ideally fromME region
Solid workexperience with ERP Systems such as SAP,Exact, Oracle, or similar
Very goodexperience of Cash management & Payments, Financial instruments, trading& Treasury Processes and tools
Expertlevel of Enterprise IT Architecture rounded by advanced knowledge of financial& Operational Performance Management, compliance, Content Creation andManagement.
High ITaffinity, first work experience with Interpreted Programming language, Databaseand Server Architectures and Web Application Framework
Excellentcommunication skills combined with very good reporting capabilities
Fluent inEnglish and Arabic while German languageskills is highly appreciated
Team workmindset, quality orientation and target focus
