Answers switchboard, receives all deliveries, attends guests and assists with general admin tasks.
Operate the telephone switchboard, including forwarding calls, taking messages, etc.
Forward incoming electronic faxes to the recipients.
Update the internal telephone list on the server and forward it to the Departmental Secretaries, who are responsible for sending the updated list periodically to the General Agents.
Receive incoming guests and direct them to relevant staff or departments.
Receive and dispatch incoming mail, documents, etc.
Update and maintain meeting room schedules.
Manage the inventory of pantry consumable items and arrange required items from the local stores.
Prepare local goods entry and visitors’ gate passes using JAFZA portal.

Middle East experience preferable
