Minimum of 2- 5 years experience in the field of sales, in the Banking sector.
Diploma / Degree in any commercial related field.
Written and spoken English and Arabic.

Broad knowledge of investor risk theory so that appropriate new product / service recommendations are made to clients.
Good local banking market understanding.

Sound knowledge of Islamic Banking principles.

Job purpose :
To establish, maintain and develop relationships with SIB customers through timely and effective responses to customer queries.

Key Accountabilities :
To provide bank customer's financial services which exceed the customer's expectations by delivering competent, timely and problem free services.
To improve service level at the branch. Deal and resolve customer complaint resolution, efficiently and in a timely manner.
Contact customers to cross-sell banks products and to obtain leads and references for fresh acquisition.
Identifies and establishes new relationships, consistent with the Bank’s retail objectives, so that market share is maximised.
Achieves and maintains monthly and yearly sales targets.
