B.Sc / BA or equivalent Business Information Technology or Management Information System qualified.
Minimum four years experience in the area of HR Business, implementation of computerized ERP HR Management Systems.
He should have the ability to write concise reports and deliver effective oral presentation, perform extensive HR information and System evaluation and resolve problems arising.
He will have to perform other related duties as assigned, including attending meetings with representatives of other departments to discuss ERP system issues.
Excellent IT knowledge is essential especially ERP HRIS complete implementation, training and maintaining the same. Good communication and presentation skills are essential.
