Your day to day
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Relations Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-
free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.You should have sound knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services.
What we need from you
You will possess a warm and welcoming personality. You will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player.
Fluency in English and minimum 1 year of Front Office experience is required. Knowledge of Opera system is preferred.
