Qualifications Knowledge Skills and Experience Minimum Qualifications Bachelor degree in finance accounting or equivalent Preferably a relevant Master degree from a toptier internationally recognised university A relevant professional certification such as CPA CA CMA ACCA is required Experience Minimum of 12 years of experience in progressively more complex and seniorlevel roles in financial reporting and controllership Preferably experience in a leading financial institution or a large complex organisation At least 6 years of experience in a management position in a large organisation Additional relevant experience is an advantage Knowledge Indepth knowledge of accounting and financial management Indepth knowledge of financial control Strong knowledge of the applicable financial standards such as IFRS international financial reporting standards Broad understand and knowledge of treasury with indepth and practical knowledge of back office and middle office treasury management for complex multisectorial operations Strong knowledge of Mubadala Investment Company Groups operations and business across sectors Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial thinking Good knowledge of risk management
