We are searching for an energetic, innovative and seasoned actuarial manager to join the Finance team supporting the geographies across the MENA region.
The role reports to the MENA CFO, managing a team of 2 actuarial analysts, and will work in close collaboration with the Regional Actuary.
Produce statutory and US GAAP reserve estimates, as per regulatory and corporate reporting requirements;
Implement usage of AiREAS in MENA, understand the tool, its requirement and re-design actuarial process accordingly if required.
Assist in Asset Liability Management processes by calculating expected cash flows
Work closely with Claims, Reinsurance and Underwriting teams to understand how reserving practices, treaty set up and business changes impact our business
Collaborate with Finance Managers and assist on the production oflegal entity and production office loss ratios for business planning purposes, capital modelling, etc,

Provide insightful analytics to key stakeholders across the business.
Coordinate and ensure consistency in approach and execution of reserve reviews including data production, modeling and presentation of results across geographies
Lead a team of 2 analysts, mentoring and coaching,
Support in any project or ad-doc requirements as needed
Qualifications & Skills :
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related areas required
Associate or Fellowship qualification
10 years of working experience in the P&C insurance industry
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
Team Player ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align objectives and recommendations through quantitative analysis
Experienced in people’s management;
Ability to navigate through complexity.
Critical thinking, execution skills
Excellent command of English language, written and spoken
