3. Train and convey the Hermes excitement to all different sales team

Learn and integrate all the training modules provided by International Training and work in collaboration with the International trainer to be able to deliver local training to all the local sales staff (BC, Hermes staff, promotors & generic staff)

Identify needs, set up local trainings with store managers and train the different sales population (see before) according to the marketing innovation calendar

Organise the yearly Travel Retail Seminar in coordination with the training dpt

Feedback to the Area Manager and International trainer your training activities and report needs or best practice of competition

4. Manage TR Operations

Verify the Customer orders in coordination with Area Manager

Make sure all the requested POSM is ordered

Coordinate with Logistic team in France and Customer

Make twice a year the POSM Forecasts

Manage the Expenses and Budget related to the TR activity

Applicant profile

  • Master degree in business with a first experience in commerce / retail is required for this position.
