Job Purpose

  • Help Business Manager in managing proposition andAcquisition channel and Sales management on day to day basis
  • Support in proposition, sales management tools, for thechannel, delivery model, sales campaigns and alignment with other propositionlike debit card, credit card and alternate channels
  • Key Result Areas :

  • Help Business Manager in development of new channels,innovative acquisition proposition tailored as per identified market / segment needs.
  • To help manage the revenue assigned to acquisition and liabilitiesgrowth with sales force and ensure an alignment of proposition and driver
  • Help business manage in implementing new delivery channelsvia different tie up’s and strategic partnerships
  • Support Business Manager in set up of referral model withdifferent partners inside / outside of bank
  • Support in enhancement of FX revenue from channels and salesteam via various propensity based leads
  • Work with Business Manager on creating the quarterly / annualstrategy for the business (MG / PB) on Proposition, tactical campaigns
  • Help Business Manager to coordinate with all business ownersand product managers to create cross sell opportunities
  • Support in formulating relevant policy / program guidelinesto ensure proper controls are in place and work within the overall compliancepolicies of the bank
  • Carry out competitor intelligence on regular basis andsubmit report to Business Manager
  • Work closely with the process and system development team toensure the systems and processes are geared to cater to the ongoing businessrequirements, product parameters and evolving customer needs.
  • Coordinate with branches and segments on behalf of BusinessManager to develop effective referral and cross-sell
  • To help ensure control requirements of the business areadhered to in line with bank policies to ensure good growth in a sustainable,profitable and predictable manner.
  • Review of various plan and ensure management reporting toBusiness Manager of the same in conjunction with the relevant businessdevelopment initiatives / product launches.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Understanding of wealth proposition is a pre requisite
  • Ability to work well in a team and build strong network / relationships within and outside the organization.
  • University degree in a business discipline, post-graduatequalifications in business administration is preferred.
  • Islamic knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Good Excel knowledge
