This position is to sell the Bio-Rad Clinical Diagnostics product lines to meet territory sales goals across distributors for an assigned territory / region -
UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Yemen
Responsible for sales of products through indirect sales channel.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of sales or additional account volume in a specific territory, or for specific product line(s).
Visits distributors to promote confidence and goodwill, discusses and resolves mutual problems, generates distributors’ interest in obtaining more sales business for the company
Identifies and secures new accounts by contacting distributors not yet established with the company, explaining advantages of company services and negotiating agreements
Formulate sales strategy for assigned territory or products, develop sales forecast, budget and manpower planning; supervises and trains distributors / agents to achieve sales targets
Pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a life science or related field
5 years of sales experience selling products in the Clinical Diagnostics in UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Yemen.
Strong quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to produce results while working with multiple projects under tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively with diverse professionals in a team environment
May require basic laboratory skills, including sample preparation
Excellent MS Office skills including Excel
Fluent English, Arabic is an advantage
