Promoting for the guests Loyalty Programme
Ensuring member of Loyalty Programme gets all the required treatment.
Contributes to guests' permanent satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
To handle guest requests ensuring that all matters are dealt with efficiently and promptly.
Should be well presented and well-groomed
Minimum experience required :
At least 1 year experience as Guest Relation officer or a Supervisor position preferably inside the UAE.
Smart & Presentable.
Language essential : English and second language as an advantage (Arabic / Russian)
