You will help identify customer needs and recommend solutions, ensuring their satisfaction and the store’s profitability.
Job Responsibilities Customer Experience
Welcomes customers by greeting them, and directs them by escorting them to the merchandise
Ascertains customers’ needs and wants, advises them by providing information on products and helps them make selections by building confidence, offering suggestions and opinions
Keeps up to date with product information
Accurately describes product features and benefits
Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Store Management
Maintains outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Manages point-of-sale processes including packing & dispatching online orders (courier / collection)
Maintains a fully stocked store and coordinates with warehouse to transfer stock
Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments, barcoding & storing appropriately Follows all company policies and procedures Annual leave, health insurance and visa (if required) are included.
