We are looking for a Sales Analyst for Ferrero , location Dubai.
The Sales Analyst will support the execution of sales and commercial strategy, providing support to the sales by accumulating, analyzing and presenting all the sales and commercial data across UAE for all Brands and Customer channels.
The role is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.
The development and tracking of key performances indicators will be critical to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision-making.
This role reports into the Sales Director
Monitor and analyze sales and performance records, interpret results of overall sales, recommend and challenge proposed promotional incentives.
Assist the management in develop and review budget and rolling sales targets, including actual sales to target variance analysis.
Guide sales team and collaborate daily entries into weekly-monthly reports, manages periodical feedback at team level (e.g. forecast accuracy)
Responsible of sales reporting and forecasting process by Channels, Customers.
Provide analysis on profitability, trade spend, by customer and by channel
Deals with the management of the stock and sales interfacing with sales people
Updates the daily stock of products to the sales force
Co-ordinate and make proposals to sales leaders on strategy based on opportunities with reports to drive business results.
Co-ordinate internal sales meeting.
Analyze the business operations to determine profitability (e.g. ROI of activities) as well as to create a baseline for operational changes and action.
Processes ad hoc analysis and statistics based on the needs of Sales functions (e.g. pricing and sell-out data)
Own and provide with data and calculation of incentives for sales force, master data, C&D of the customers
Will liaise and support sales and commercial strategy teams in completing Trade Promotion Planning on time.
Graduate with moderate FMCG sales experience
Knowledge in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Strong quantitative aptitude and logical thinking.
Strong command over MS Office productivity tools especially excel and power point
Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirements from multiple sources.
Ability to maintain complex computer applications and programs that perform analysis, organize data and create reports from various sources.
Ability to co-ordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis request of varying size and scope.
Good English language skills
