Job Responsibilities

  • Review registrations and de-registrations for non-complex accounts
  • Verify the documentation submitted, identify any discrepancies, and request additional supporting documents.
  • ï ·

  • Update and adjust taxable person™s account and information (ex : Bank Account details, Address, etc.) ï ·
  • Proactively get taxable persons to register (as instructed by Compliance and Enforcement).
  • ï ·

  • Coordinate with Taxpayer services to answer queries related to registrations and de-registrations.
  • ï ·

  • Levy the appropriate penalties and surcharges for late registrations
  • Register, validate and maintain business entity accounts.
  • ï ·

  • Ensure that data integrity confirms to registration requirements and processes.
  • ï ·

  • Monitor registrations for suspicious behaviour.
  • Job Requirements

  • Must be fluent Arabic speaker and be able to write and read in Arabic
  • Must have at least 2 years of administration experience (Writing documents, processing requests, solving problems and issues)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and go the extra 10% to get tasks completed as per management requests
  • Must be based in Dubai or be willing to relocate to Dubai
  • Must be willing to work Saturday's on a rotation basis
