1.To provide efficient, personalized, courteous and punctual carpentry services.
2.To work with team spirit to ensure that all guest room, facilities and equipment are in good working condition.

5.Displays good teamwork attitudes while working in a team for major Preventive Maintenance repairs or service works
6.Be willing to train and instruct other members of the staff by passing along knowledge and skills.

8.Complete the daily checklists as required.
9.Executes all carpentry works and associated works to the highest professional standards.
10.Performs the assigned tasks ensuring their implementation while working independently.
11.Acts on issues and concerns in the carpentry field immediately.
12.Control the stock and other items in his workshop and order more as required.
13.To have a complete understanding of and to adhere to Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
14.Follow the grooming standards and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition at all times
15.Attend departmental briefings.
16.Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of the Hotel
17.Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly with a high degree of quality.
The ideal candidate for this position must have the following experience and qualifications :
a. posses at least two (2) years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a five (5) star property)
b. must have previous pre-opening experience in a similar role
c. an excellent team player
d. has a high degree of emotional intelligence’, remains rational and calm under pressure and is open-minded and excited by cultural and professional diversity.
