Number of customers become non-contactable onmobile or field visit for various reasons. It is critical that we contact suchcustomers in order to rehabilitate them by providing an amicable solution.
Therole of a SKIP tracing officer is to establish contact with customer throughvarious channels which includes social media, government database, searchengines, etcKey Result Areas :
Job involves tracing non-contactable customers on a dailybasis.
Generate new leads for contact by finding new employer’sdetails, alternate contact number or by finding the right party to establishcontact with customer.
Tracing customer on several online sites. Ex MOL,Naukri.com, DED, LinkedIN, Google, 2GIS check, PIPL search and various otherwebsites.
Ensure that tracing and follow up details are updated onsystem.
Share daily MIS on productivity and efficiency of theprocess, this includes
Productivity in terms of no of accounts covered across allnecessary checks
Effectiveness in terms of % of findings being conclusive.
New information traced (Address and contact details).
Circulate MIS on payment performance of traced accounts.
Strictly observe code of conduct policies to avoid anybreach / misuse of customer’s personal information.
Coordinate with the In-house team / Manager on daily basisand provide feedback.
Highlight and escalate any issue to the management which canpotentially tarnish the goodwill of the company.
Identify potential fraud cases and escalate allirregularities in accounts to the attention of the TL.
Circulate MIS on payment performance of traced accounts
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Good excel and data management skill.
Understanding of collections processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to trace customer from various websites and search engines.
