Key Job Responsibilities :
Implements all sales action plans related to marketing area as outlined in the Business Plan.
Establishes and maintains files (S&C opera) on major active accounts and prospects accounts within market area.
Maintains most updated information of city-wide events including exhibitions, conventions and other large events that will impact the hotels’ business.
Arrange site inspections and entertainment related to his / her market.
Develops and maintains the potential client’s database and ensure proper documentation of accounts activities.
Maintains high level of exposure in the hotel through direct sales solicitations, telephone contacts and writtenmunications.
Establishes and monitor a Monthly Sales Report.
Monitors new accounts and monthly productivities and report back
Sells and promotes Hotel and facilities at every opportunity
Attends at the start of functions related to accounts handled.
Interacts and liaise closely with Front Office, Reservations, Food & Beverage, and Conference &Banquet Departments.
Constant follow-up of tentative / request groups to secure confirmation
Transfers contracted groups to sales coordinator with all appropriate information and required follow-up.
Implements and control Sales Incentive Plan of his related market area
Produces, implements and monitors action plans to ensure Business Plan objectives are achieved.
At least 1 or 2 years minimum experience in Leadership position in Sales or related professional areas
Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Manager
Demonstrated performance track record
Must display strong analytical, organizational and administrative skills.
Must be flexible with the ability to sustain a high level of productivity and efficiency at all times.
Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Adapt to change quickly and strong multi-tasking.
