Digital Marketing practitioners work with digital marketing leads, using digital marketing and analytics capabilities to advise clients on the appropriate and most effective marketing channels and strategies.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, planning, deploying, analyzing and optimizing all digital and social media content aligned with Corporate Marketing Strategy and key big programs.
The individual will work with business leaders and marketing teams to create strategies and execute on tactics. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be required to manage Web and Social Media marketing campaigns and daily activities inclusive but not limited to :
Develop growth and engagement strategies in order to expand the Company’s digital media presence in conjunction with new social media channels and in line with the corporate marketing strategy
Implementing an annual integrated SM / Marketing Plan to achieve Business Development objectives
Create and manage all published content inclusive of images, video and written text both in website and social media
Design, create and manage Social ad campaigns from conception to launch following strict deadlines
Develop and manage content calendars for campaign activity across all social channels and corporate website
Participate in various events, and campaigns to share live content across all social media accounts
Monitor and analyze tracking data, inform progress, and provide recommendations
Proactively seek out, adopt and create compelling, highly shareable content
Manage campaign budgets and advises on recommended campaign optimization
Ensure campaign delivery, performance and goals are being fulfilled as scheduled
Build strong relationships across teams
Evaluate the competition for benchmarks and competitive best practices
Build brand's social media image to increase brand's reach and level of influence
Set and achieve goals for driving social media channel growth and engagement
Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
Experience on social listening and analytics to develop key learnings
