I. GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES
The Channel Partners Manager ensures that sales and profitability targets are met and Distribution Partners managed efficiently, provides active support to the Distribution Partners, to make his business more efficient.
Constant monitoring of the market is needed to create a distribution structure, which maximizes sales & profitability. The Channel Manager promote product expansions in the assigned geographies and will also be responsible for overseeing product’s registration in the region, complying with the local regulatory requirements in each location.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define market visibility and win rate targets. Implement Channel marketing plans together with channel partners and marketing team.
Act as an Ambassador for Leica and represents the Brand. Constantly monitor Channel Partner’s performance against targets market shares and sales and make sure that targets are met.
Manage Channel Partner’s off-boarding when necessary.Act as a Key Account and major project management in close coordination with the tender team.
Ensure Channel Partners are compliant from the registration to a regular evaluation.
Network with the Danaher Companies within the region to create attractive synergies for end-user customers.
Manage proactively the funnel to deliver accurate data. Validate or refine deal strategy.
