    The CustomerTechnical Consultant works closely with customers to understand their needs,and defines and delivers solutions with the support of the engineering, theproduct and the account teams.

    He / she plays a key role in pre-sales activitiesas part of a multidisciplinary team across SITAONAIR and third parties byproviding consultancy to customers and input to proposals.

    He / she providesimplementation and training activities for all SITAONAIR application products.He / she provides expert problem resolution, manages internal escalation whenrequired and contributes to the product improvement process by detecting andreporting issues or customers feedback.


  • Experience in customer-facing activities (deployment, customer
  • support). Consulting experience a plus.

  • Professional experience in an IT engineering or
  • deployment role.

  • Experience with hardware and software installation andmaintenance
  • Experience with Cloud-based architectures
  • Team experience / working in matrix managed organizations.
  • Operating at senior levels of a customer’s organization (Department
  • heads / Technical experts) a plus.


  • Knowledge of ACARSair-ground based communications protocols
  • Knowledge of aircraft avionics
  • Understanding of Airline Industry OperationalProcesses and IT /
  • Network environment a big plus.


    University degree or equivalent preferably in Telecommunications,Computer Science.

    Microsoft Windows Server Administration certification is desirable
