Job Purpose

To provide overseas customers with desired information on Inbound Tours, assist them in choosing an appropriate holiday package / destination in the U.

A.E. and coordinate all the logistical details, in order to promote Tours Operations business of ATTA and sustain continued customer patronage.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide overseas customers with desired information by furnishing an appropriate holiday package / destination in the U.
  • A.E. according to their budget / needs / preferences, to enable them to make well informed decisions on their holiday travel.

  • Co-ordinate with local suppliers and arrange for hotel accommodation, local transportation, tour itinerary and other logistical arrangements, ensuring that all details, communications and travel documents are in order to enable the customer to experience an enjoyable vacation.
  • Source local service providers such as hotels, tour operators, land transport operators, airlines etc., negotiate with them on prices, tour packages for group travel, terms of payment and other relevant details in order to develop new products and market the same for increasing business in a competitive environment.
  • Market the available products & sell them to both individual as well as group clients overseas, by mailing fliers, making presentations to corporate clients and / or answering customer queries in this regard or updating in the network sites.
  • Meet and negotiate with overseas General Sales Agents regarding products available
  • Maintain an up-to-date database on all regular customers pertaining to their bookings, frequent traveler numbers, meal / seat preferences etc.
  • to offer them personalized service and sustain their continued patronage.

  • Maintain an up-to-date database / brochures on all local suppliers, their tariffs, payment terms, etc., so as to offer accurate advice to customers on their Holiday Destinations within U.A.E.
  • Receive and process customer feedback, at the end of their holiday, to gauge their views / opinions on the level & quality of service offered by ATTA and scope for improvement, if any.
  • Education :

    Intermediate / 'A Levels, additional qualifications in IATA certification would be an advantage

    Experience :

    3-5 years experience in the travel industry

    Knowledge and Skills

  • Computer literacy with knowledge of ticketing software (CRS, Galileo)
  • Good Communication, Negotiation and Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of additional languages including Arabic advantageous
