This position is responsible for managing water quality products portfolio and providing water quality solutions to customers.
The incumbent will be in charge of product strategy and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sales results.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
Manage and develop the portfolio.
Manage new product launch for a better market share.
Responsible for the price positioning and consolidated margin improvement for the entire portfolio.
Drive an execution plan to transform install base data into business opportunities, feed sales teams.
In charge of market measurement, evolution analysis and the implementation of relevant action plans.
Analyze competitors and provide suggestions to the business.
Contribute to define and implement all necessary action plans.
Ensure that all relevant resources are properly leveraged with the right tools / methodologies.
Organize the sales and customers training.
Contribute to the specifications and sales forecast.
College or above degree
MANAGEMENT : There are no reports.
At least 7 years’ experience in marketing and sales management in ME&A area.
Solid knowledge on boiler and water quality products.
Be able to consistently deliver results.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willing to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Fluent English communication skill, both in written and oral.
Arabic capability will be a plus.
