To assist the Relationship Team in maintainingand housekeeping the portfolio under management, resolving day to day issuesand ensuring marketing team’s involvement in operational issues is brought to aminimum.
Key Result Areas :
Liaiseregularly with various departments (e.g. FTC, OPS, Compliance, Credit Ops etc)within the bank and entertaining requests and enquiries pertaining totransactions and / or documentation.
Ensuring alldocumentation is up to standard and up to date and ensuring that MER issues arekept to a minimum.
Attend tothe Clients inquiries and coordinate with various Service Departments to ensureresolution in a timely manner.
Assist inpreparing industry studies and data collection pertaining to clients’ portfoliowithin the unit.
Attend tospecific projects / jobs assigned by the Division / Unit Head from time to time.
Maintainproper records of clients’ communication.
Housekeepingmonthly pipeline report and updating the same on monthly basis.
Explore andhighlight business opportunities in the portfolio.
To prepareConsolidated Client Positions on regular basis
Collate andfollow up updating of RB and Technical Capability reports.
To handleAnnual review initiation / preparation and project allocation process
Prepare andupdate PPC reports
MaintainSystem Data and note pad updated for each client / project.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Completeknowledge and clear understanding of the Bank’s credit policy and operatingsystems
Strongcredit, legal knowledge and marketing skills are mandatory.
Thoroughawareness of various financial product / services.
Excellentcommunication and analytical skills with ability to perform as a team player
Familiaritywith core banking systems
BSc. InFinance / Accounting with minimum experience of 2 4 years
