To coordinate effective utilisation of departmental resources to support strategic projects based on the capability matrix of the experience resource pool.
Job Outline 1. Manage the trainer distribution scheduling system. 2. Maintain resource planning records and the technical administration of resource planning systems.
3. Coordinate operational outstation training planning; maintain trainer visa records and requirements. 4. Facilitate updates to the capability and sign off matrices for strategic solutions and operational training.
5. Map capabilities of new team members to the department capability matrix. 6. Schedule Learning and Talent team development and training needs.
7. Manage communication to individual team members on decisions that have been made on resource allocation to projects. 8.
Coordinate off-site resourcing and support requirements. 9. Action contingency resource planning activities in case of emergency or sick leave.
10. Provide cross-functional support for all Learning and Talent teams to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : Minimum Bachelor level qualification, preferably in a related field 5+ years progressive experience in a people development role Experience in training solution deployment Knowledge / skills : -
