Responsible for all maintenance activities in the shift.
Demonstrates strong leadership in EHS, Compliance and Process Safety.
Responsible for shift Maintenance activities and attending breakdown maintenance for smooth running of plant.
To Work in a continuous process industry, preferably Glass.
Responsible to executing all jobs with Safety carried out throughout the plant.
Execution of allocated jobs by as per department Procedures
Anticipating potential hazards before starting any job
Allocation of required Manpower with Overtime control for completion of Jobs
Demonstrates a designated level of technical skill or knowledge in a specific technical area(s) and keeps up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
Able to work on improving efficiency and optimizing the resources.
Provides Trainings and guides the team of Operators / Technicians in the day to day activities.
EHS and Cost saving initiatives. Help department for upcoming jobs and follow up to complete the jobs given by department.
Advancing MBM culture and understanding of Role of supervisor
Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / with 4-5 years relevant experience in a continuous process industry, preferably glass
Experience of working in rotating shifts
Any EHS training is an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office.
Good Communication Skills.
