Presales Engineer is responsible for developing, training and supporting ESET partners and customers with focus on quality working and customer satisfaction.
Deliver pre-sales technical presentations, demonstrations, POCs and consultations to ESET customers and partners.
Work closely with the sales team in order to achieve targets.
Demonstrate feasibility of ESET products solutions during the qualifying process, confirm the products meet the prospect's requirements, and assist sales in technical qualification.
Document and record all activity and communication with customers over telephone and email in the company's CRM system.
Provide also after sales support to ESET customers and partners when it is required.
Takes accountability for ownership and escalation of all after-hours issues when it is required.
A degree in IT related discipline.
Arabic speaker with Fluency in English.
2-3 years relevant experience.
Vast Experience in the deployment of Endpoint Security solutions.
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them.
Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross functional teams.
Expertise with Network Installation, Administration and Management, Network Performance Monitoring and Analysis.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers Active Directory and Group Policy.
Good working knowledge with IT security technologies (Anti-Virus, Malware Detection, IDS / IPS, Proxies, Firewalls, Encryption, DLP etc.).
Position requires both technical and sales skills.
A working knowledge with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-v etc.).
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM etc.
Prior experience working with a Value Added Distributor or Vendor.
