Job description / Role

  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the line manager on a wide range of assigned tasks, ensuring the required level of confidentiality is maintained to contribute to running of the department to the agreed standard
  • Coordinate, track and follow up on departmental correspondence and maintain accurate employee records to ensure service standards;
  • policies and procedures are adhered to

  • Greet and assist visitors, answer telephone calls and give appropriate information to callers; screen and route calls and place outgoing calls to ensure prioritization of callers and timely response
  • Requirements

  • To provide administrative support to the assigned department heads to ensure the department and its’ daily activities operate as per the required standards.
  • Candidate must have good communication skills
  • He or She must have minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
  • Minimum Education Qualification - Graduation
  • Strong excel knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Arabic speaking candidates would be an added advantage
