Create Customer quotes and process orders in SAP.
Interact with customers and provide delivery lead time advice to customers' inquiries.
Act as a liaison between sales, customer and internal production operations regarding order status, compliance, processing, changes, modifications, and delivery of sales orders
Coordinate information between engineering and sales regarding product application and customer requirements.
Calculate item price according to established guidelines and review timeline of replacement parts in SAP.
Solve production problems that arise within the organization related to repairs.
Screen customer purchase orders to ensure compliance with pricing, technical data and initiates acknowledgment of sales order to the customer.
Monitor the general flow of operations.
Establish programs of work measurement to guarantee fulfillment of targets and deadlines.
Organize and coordinate the production activity in their area of responsibility.
Proactively act for the implementation of Company Policies and Procedures to meet the objectives and customer’s requirements.
Performs other duties as may be assigned.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Min 2 years of SAP ERP system
Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
Min. 3 5 years of experience in manufacturing / assembly environment
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel knowledge
