Our long established client looks for high energy and motivated individuals at all levels and as such are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist with a strong work ethic and friendly demeanour to manage the front desk during holiday periods.
We are therefore seeking candidates whom are accustomed to multitasking in a fast paced, project driven environment. You must be familiar with being the first point of contact for all visitors, queries and phone calls in to the business.
In addition you will also organise couriers to collect and deliver documents, office drivers and assist with any last minute travel bookings.
You will also support the team with any ad-hoc duties such as invoice data entry and the booking of meeting rooms and associated refreshment and equipment requests.
On occasion you will also assist in the absence of the PA to ensure the CFO & CEO are fully prepared for overseas business meetings and travel itineraries.
It is expected that the candidate will be extremely well presented, polite and professional at all times, whilst remaining calm in a busy environment.
An exceptional standard of the English language to native standard and MS office skills are also required for this role.
