Â Preparing and then follow up on any sales quotations made and negotiatingÂ Carrying out administrative tasks such as processing information, raising InvoicesÂ Timely management of tender activities by understanding rules of tendering.
Â Smoothly manage a response to RFQ or RFP issued by purchasing authorities.
Â Placing orders to vendors and keeping a follow up to ensure that materials are Shipped and delivered on promised dates.
Â Maintain records of purchases, shipments by suppliers and related matter
