We are looking for a Storekeeper to join our Enigeering MEP projects team reporting into Project Manager / Construction Manager.

The Site Storekeeper is responsible for the assigned Project Stores activities including receiving deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting stores transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of surplus inventory of the Project.

Your responsibility will include :

  • To manage the receiving, handling, Inspecting, distribution, storage and inventory control of all material that come in and out of the stores.
  • Ensure plan stores layout, prepare bin arrangement, Logistics plan and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage.
  • Maintain quality of all incoming items, communicate all delays or variances in incoming items to the appropriate parties.
  • Maintain strict control on tools inventory.
  • Supervise a team of stores employees, including delegation, training, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions.
  • The successful candidate should have Degree in Science / Arts or Diploma in Engineering and related training in supply chain management and general accounting.

    You should have minimum 5-8 Years’ experience in MEP stores management in contracting companies. Good experience in warehouse management being familiar with warehouse best practices and policies and procedures implementation is preferred.

    You should have good writing skills and conversational ability in English & Hindi is ideal.
