We are currently building a pool of experienced Restaurant Managers to join our Superchix team based in the UAE.

The Restaurant Manager must apply all the systems and processes of Brand standards and manage the operations of the F&B outlet.

Key Responsibilities : Operational

Operational

  • Ensure that Outlet Operations and brand guidelines are adhered to as required by the company and the brand principal.
  • Prepare weekly reports and provide relevant feedback and suggestions to the operations manager to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain optimum stock levels to ensure smooth running of operations.
  • Ensure all products delivered to customers are per brand standard.
  • Manage wastage and variance as per agreed targets.
  • Manage staff schedules and leave plans to ensure optimum staffing at all times.
  • Financial

  • Oversee all cash management procedures including system transactions, control the voiding system, opening & close out procedure, system reconciliation, daily banking procedures etc.
  • Leadership & People Management

  • Provide leadership and direction to subordinates toward the achievement of goals and objectives.
  • Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles.
  • Customer Experience

  • Handle customer queries and comments to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Strategy

  • Seek new opportunities to drive and create additional sales.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to enable the operations manager to plan future strategies and action plans to stay ahead of competition, increase sales.
  • Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to strict statutory requirements and establish health, hygiene & safety policies and standards within the outlet.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation and Al Futtaim policies and procedures.
  • To be successfully considered for this role, you must be a graduate in Hospitality Management or relevant technical or business related discisplines with 2 -

    3 years relevant experience in Hospitality / Food & Beverage industry in a management level. You should have strong knowledge of food and its preparations, trends, competition, knowledge of local health and safety regulations, ability to work under pressure and multi-

    task, strong customer focus and team management. You must have good knowledge of written and spoken English, arabic is an advantage.
