Purpose is to ensure that the administration of the Shared Service Centre (SSC) is spotless; all records are treated with the correct level of security, are filed accordingly and maintained where required to do so.
Due to the growth of the SSC the person must act in a versatile manner, be hands-on and support other functions readily.
You will be a self-starter with an ambition to grow as well as be responsible for the visa applications, document integrity and co-
ordination with the PRO. You will look into training schedules and liaise with the regional office with development plans and liaise with the SSC Finance Management persons respectively.
The Coordinator must ensure Personal Development Plans (PDPs) are being followed and highlighting any deviations to the Management persons so they may guide / mentor / coach team-members.
You must work methodically and be people orientated. Confidentiality must be a key pillar for this role as they will be privileged with Personnel files.
