POSITION SUMMARY :

Under the direction of Host Nations Manager, provides coordination and administrative services to various programs for AN & TCN visa and residency services and other duties as assigned.

MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES :

Liaison with municipality, economic department and other government departments in relation to initial and annual employee work permits and residency visa requirements.

Researches current labor / immigration laws and updates the Regional Service Center and Human Resource teams of applicable changes.

Responsible for all Government Relations Procedures (Change of Sponsorship, Issuance of new ID, Renewal of ID, Transfer sponsorships , processing Visa documents, Medical testing requirements, Exit Re-

entry Visa, Final Exit Visa, etc.)

Responds to staff enquiries on visa / labor / passport matters.

Assists employees as required with initial and annual employee work permits and residency visa requirements.

Update applicable database information on regular basis.

Tracks open transactions and follows up with the concerned parties.

Provide required information to the concerned team as required.

Responsible for documents filing as outlined in Vectrus and Human Resources policies and procedures.

Verify all transmittal letters for accuracy and completion.

Assist leadership in data collection and analysis report writing.

Coordinates with employees, departments and sponsors to facilitate smooth workflow and completion of visa requirements.

Other task as required.

MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED :

Personal Computer, leased vehicle, printers, calculator, copy machines, scanners, FAX machines, phones and other general office equipment.

Operates non-tactical vehicles as required.Must also demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT :

Works in general office and remote environments.However, duties may involve the conduct of work at various government ministries and other organizations.

Potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions including frequent dust storms, and high temperatures. Normal work week is 48 hours, but may be required to work overtime.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES :

Work will require continuous walking, prolong standing, sitting, bending, and climbing stairs to conduct initial contact and follow up tasks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

College degree in related field is preferable.

Read, write and speak Arabic and English fluently.

Experience :

Three years of related experience in public relations, customer service and or government relations required.

Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and credibility while interacting with government organizations.

Requires strong interpersonal skills.

Requires a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and team work.

Must be able to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion.

Must have a high level of organizational skills.

Must have a high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office.

Must have adequate communication skills in English and Arabic.
