Provide the office support needed to ensure that business objectives are met.
To handle office clerical duties. Assist Operations Team in the processing of applications, renewals and mid-term adjustments and claims and reporting of the Operation team.
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements
Open, Sort and date stamp post.
Produce client membership cards according to Company guidelines.
Produce policy packs for new and renewal business according to product specifications.
Assist with the scanning process.
Send out post in a timely manner and by an appropriate method.
Provide cover for reception as necessary.
Providing clerical support to the Operation team.
Logging all incoming mails and claim forms and couriers.
Answer phone call to our general inquiry line.
Ensure all the stocks are kept properly and checking the balance required.
Ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Greet & serve refreshments to our office visitors.
Background / Experience Desired
1 year general office experience.
Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
Good time management to finish tasks before deadline.
Basic PC knowledge.
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
Excellent personal grooming and presentation.
