Summary

Adds value to Amadeus Revenue Integrity (ARI) airline customers by providing airline commercial solution experience in pre-

sales, implementation and post implementation as well as in ongoing support request. Acts as customer liason between Amadeus global functions in Revenue Integrity matters.

Provides solution consultancy for enhanced usage of the ARI products pre, during and post implementation. Serves as ARI subject matter expert working closely with customers on their ARI related matters in cooperation with the EAT, R&D and Solutions and Delivery.

Will be providing Solution Review Consultations to airline customers alone or in transversal consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Revenue Integrity Solution Consulting to airline customers, recommend best practice business rule utilization based analysis of customer business requirements and KPI's.
  • Responsible for regular customer interaction via conference calls or face to face meetings in order to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Provide Solution Reviews to customers demonstrating industry best practice based on data analysis and customer requirements or specific business challenges.
  • Perform value proposition workshops with airline customers in order to demonstrate the Revenue Integrity business case. Employee required to travel to engage with customer.

  • Provide airlines with deep cross functional knowledge about Revenue Integrity Products and Services, including Revenue Integrity related products such as Reservations, Ticketing, Departure Control etc.
  • by applying revenue increments and data to support airlines business decisions.

  • Works in parallel with implementation teams to establish relations to the long term support relationship between airline and Solution Consultant by understanding customer business drivers and commercial requirements.
  • Anticipates changes in business processes within airline, and works to minimize gaps.
  • Work with customer to identify functional issues, provide examples and functional requirements for improvements or identification of functional issues.
  • Support customer in classifying severity and demonstrating business impact of issues. Facilitates customer support and information flows during incidents.

    Requirements

  • Working experience from Airline Reservations, Revenue Integrity, Revenue Management, AMADEUS, and / or other PSS.
  • Prior experience with reporting, data analysis and writing of business use cases
  • Experience with customer management and multi-site global work environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or 10 years of equivalent experience.
  • Commercial airline business understanding and analytical mindset
