We are looking for a Head of Compensation and Benefits for (META) Middle East, Turkey and Africa (ROPU) regional operating unit, based in Dubai, directly reporting to Head of HR META.
The incumbent will contribute to the growth and profitability by translation of the global BI Compensation and Benefit Framework for ROPU, inculcating the regional business needs and local legal / market requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Salary grading,salary structure and compensation surveys : Lead, manage and facilitate job evaluation to ensure internal equity in ROPU and OPUs in conjunction with ROPU HRBP and OPU HR team.
Deliver a market data information service to the ROPU and OPUs, through participation in external market surveys, interpretation of results to develop salary ranges and regular modelling of BI position against the market.
Oversee analysis of salary survey results and review market competitiveness and internal equity for compensation and benefits.
Utilize compensation survey for annual compensation planning such as development of salary increase matrix , salary structure for ROPU and OPUs in collaboration with OPU HR team
Propose and execute C&B programs to bridge market gaps.
Collaborate with global C&B for the management of executive compensation for the ROPU META leadership team including basic salary, short and
long term incentive plans and benefits. Providing external market data in order to advise on decision making
Monitor, supervise and support LTCP management in ROPU META
Ensure effective execution of Total Compensation design in ROPU META in line with Global C&B framework, procedures and guidelines
Solve strategic problems, process analysis, budget, efficiency drive, evaluating and if necessary establishing new structures, substantial change process regarding C&B areas
Provide strategic consultation and act as expert interface to global and ROPU HRBPs, other CoEs and ROPU META and OPU Management Team regarding C&B matters
Provide consultation and act as expert interface to Global,ROPU HRBPs, OPU HR team,other CoEs and ROPU Management Team
Crafting benefit programs and establish the policies, guidelines and procedures
Collaborate with other CoEs and ROPU and OPU HRBP, develop rewards programs for the conceptualization, design and evaluation of other employees reward and recognition programs
