Support OCM Lead / Change Managers in development of change management toolkits, templates and action plans
Analyse change impacts and recommend action to support our employees and leaders on this change journey, liaising with Change Managers, Training and Engagement & Communications streams to ensure alignment
Define and push key messages for each of our stakeholder groups to ensure they hear, understand, accept, adopt and sustain the change.
Feed key messages into PMO and streams, including Divisional Business Process Leads so that they can incorporate in programme / entity / stakeholder level Engagement & Comms activities
Create / design communication, engagement and training materials, including but not limited to presentations, process / journey maps, actor profiles, videos, interactive guides, programme updates and articles
Assist with planning, storyboarding, coordination and facilitation of change, functional stream and / or programme workshops and events
Coordinate consolidation and review of FAQs at programme level, liaising with streams to capture questions and draft / review responses, ensure most appropriate channels to share back with stakeholders
Assist with content (including sourcing, formatting, writing, designing, uploading etc) for communication activities eg.
monthly Steering Board reports, websites, programme updates / articles, and emails, ensuring best use of available comms channels
Partner with our Corporate Communications team on any corporate level communications Degree or Honours (12 + 3yrs or equivalent) Knowledge / Skills
At least 6 years of experience in change management / change programmes preferred, including change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, engagement and communication initiatives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and adapt to multiple change initiatives
Ability to quickly grasp new business concepts, understand organisational issues, challenges and dependencies across businesses, translating these into simple messages tailored to different audiences We offer an attractive tax-
