The main mission will be to manage the Front Office Department, whilst implementing the quality brand standards, supervising all the processes and providing orientation and related training to all the staff.

The position will have a double function , being in charge of FO whilst supervising the GEX Department, and therefore contributing also to increasing brand equity through customer service and the hotel brand image, & enhancing the customer experience and excellence in service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Degree or equivalent studies in hospitality industry.
  • Excellent command of English. Arabic or other languages would be valued.
  • Experience with Arab customers would be valued.
  • Knowledge of OPERA, SIHOT.
  • Guest Service experience, quality focused, high attention to details.
  • Experience in complaint management and online reputation management.
  • Leadership skills.
