Product Manager , Middle East Region
Must have a strong knowledge of the overall pharmaceutical industry with excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
Is familiar with industry trends and remains current with competitor’s resources and practices.
Must be able to analyse complex data and put together effective concise reports while meeting all deadlines.
Must be able to formulate and execute development strategy.
Must be able to build strong KOL relationships.
Excellent analytical skills, and able to identify and understand complex issues and problems, and interpret information in a manner that provides appropriate recommendations to senior management is required.
Experience to include an in depth familiarity with marketing fundamentals, strategy, sales and commercial policies and practices is required.
Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement multi-dimensional business plans.
Must have a demonstrated ability to manage budgets.
Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects / priorities is required.
Must have an in depth understanding of relevant marketplace for their role.
Must be able to travel extensively as dictated by business need.
Represents the department as a member of a cross-functional project team providing guidance, insight and recommendations relative to the goals and objectives of the Marketing function.
Must have strong conversational and written English.

Specific education and experience requirements :
Typically requires a BA or BS degree, preferably in the sciences and minimum 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or relevant industry with Middle East / Saudi Arabia market experience.
Possess strong marketing experience in specialty therapeutic arena.
Specific job responsibilities :
This role will be responsible for marketing activities in the Middle East region.
Plans forecasts, manages operating budgets and monitors expenses.
Develops and maintains good relationships with all key opinion leaders of the area.
Develop regional promotional campaigns and utilizes systems to monitor sales progress and success of marketing initiatives and action plans.
