Job Location

Millennium Plaza Hotel Dubai is on Sheikh Zayed Road, facing DubaiInternational Financial Center and close to the Dubai International Conventionand Exhibition Center.

The hotel is 22 minutes’ drive from Dubai InternationalAirport and directly accessible to the Emirates Towers Metro Station.

The 65 storey tower offers 398 modern and spacious rooms andsuites, with views of Dubai overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road, Zabeel Palace andJumeirah Beach from 26th till 61st floor.

The hotel's four restaurants andcafé serve a variety of cuisines from International to Arabic specialties.

Other facilities include the Club Lounge, Business Center, HealthClub and Spa. The infinity swimming pool gives views of Jumeirah Beach and theArabian Sea.

Key Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you areresponsible to implement all sales activities and maximize businessopportunities in your specific area of responsibility under the generalguidance of the Director of Sales and Marketing.

  • Generate and maintain customers of the corporatesegment through various sales activities (face-to-face sales calls, telephonecalls, entertainment, site inspections, etc.
  • thus ensureplete coverage ofown portfolio of accounts and achieve targets and maximum productivity

  • Formulate and negotiate corporate offers and yearlycontracts and any other required business correspondence
  • Closely Monitor Accounts Revenue and businessproduction for the Corporate Accounts and maintain up to date Account &Contact Database in property management system
  • Haveprehensive and up to date knowledge of all theproperties’ unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies
  • Co-ordinate andmunicate with Outbound Sales Officeswith regards to accounts / markets what are serviced by the Outbound Sales andalso produce Sales Leads for other Millennium and Copthorne Hotels outside thecoverage area
  • Update the hotels on the negotiation / progress ofevery business deal and use the technology available for reports,municationand client correspondences
  • Provide feedback to the Director of Sales &Marketing on changing market conditions, review directpetition and conductregular research
  • Ideally with a relevantdiploma in Hospitality / Tourism or Marketing
  • Minimum 1-2 years ofwork experience / training in a 5-star hotel of excellent reputation
  • Excellentmunicationskills, good problem solving and interpersonal skills are a must
