Role Summary / Purpose

The Compensation Analyst II will participate in the development of FieldCore’s Global Compensation strategies, processes, and guidelines to attract and retain employees while remaining cost effective.

The Compensation Analyst II will collect, analyze,

and audit compensation data to ensure accuracy and maintain internal equity and external competitiveness. The Compensation Analyst II will collaborate with regional and functional teams to ensure implementation of transparent, standardized compensation processes

and solutions to complex compensation challenges.

Essential Function

Manage the annual compensation processes (merit, bonus, market, equity adjustments) by generating reports, auditing database, tracking recommended increases from managers, distributing files to function and region leaders and effectively communicating salarychanges to the payroll team

Analyze and interpret data and apply job evaluation and benchmarking best practices to develop compensation ranges aligned with compensation philosophy and company direction

Implement compensation strategies, processes, and guidelines in alignment with business objectives to provide timely and accurate compensation data

Provide key HR stakeholders and business partners with detailed compensation analyses, addressing internal equity, external competitiveness, and cost-effectiveness

Monitor compensation market trends to ensure FieldCore remains competitive with external organizations

Analyze job profiles, position management, market pricing, salary structure, and incentive compensation eligibility to ensure alignment with HR and business strategies

Utilize reporting platforms to maintain an accurate and current global compensation database

Partner with Regional HR Managers and the Total Reward Director to develop standardized allowance benchmarks and ensure global compensation plans meet regional and local goals

Assist with forecasting and budget analyses for annual compensation tracking and rewards

Collaborate with HR Managers and Director to provide recommendations that simplify and improve compensation review procedures with an emphasis on accuracy and productivity

Participate in industry surveys and special projects including compensation communication, incentive compensation development, affirmative action analysis, and FLSA review

Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR or business related field is required

4+ years of Compensation or related HR experience is required

PHR and / or CCP certifications are preferred Desired Characteristics

In-depth knowledge of compensation theories and practices

Ability to solve complex problems and translate strategies into action plans

Advanced data and analytical skills and mathematical aptitude, with high degree of attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Knowledge of spreadsheet applications, HRIS systems, reporting platforms and related compensation management system

Ability to work independently and / or lead teams

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with varying deadlines and levels of priority

English proficiency required
