Responsibilities :

  • Identify new and potential business opportunities.
  • To achieve assigned sales target set by the Head Office and Line Manager.
  • To develop and implement sales and marketing activities in line to achieve set budget for the different locations.
  • Develop B2B and B2C business opportunities,
  • Perform sales administrative tasks (e.g. prepare sales proposals, agreements and relevant reports)
  • Plan, formulate and execute sales / trade promotions and joint marketing activities with business partners
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with Stakeholders, Banking, Airlines, Corporate and Leisure segments in the set locations.
  • Work with Head Office team to implement and maintain local updates on brand website(s) and OTA’s
  • To identify and manage cross-product line sales and marketing opportunities
  • To formulate long-term strategic business plan for our businesses in UAE and Oman
  • To achieve annual revenue targets set by line manager
  • To assist in sales and marketing strategies and plans for the growth of the organization.
  • To plan and develop effective advertising and promotional strategies and programs.
  • To assist in identifying clients that would partner on Global Contracts thereby boosting our entire network usage.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis on market landscape, competitor’s analysis and consumer behavior.
  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing efforts for any new product and brand openings
  • To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities.
  • To undertake other jobs assigned by direct line manager from time to time.
  • Lastly to be a Brand Ambassador of the Company and thereby exhibit mannerisms and appearance that project positively on the Company.
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • University graduate with 8 10 years’ experience in Sales management, preferably from hospitality and aviation industry.
  • Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of the travel industry.
  • A go-getter attitude, self-motivated and committed to achieving sales target
  • Attributes such as attention to details, strong sense of responsibility, excellent time and task management skills, ability to work under pressure, punctuality and efficiency are required to be able to succeed in this role.
  • A proven track record of excellent business relationship with clients and in achieving sales targets.
  • Dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked individual with the capability to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills in communicating with people from different backgrounds and at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Innovative in developing promotions to boost revenue and footfall into our Lounges and Airport Hotels.
  • Team player yet able to work independently
  • High proficiency in MS Office and good presentation skills are a must.
  • Other Requirements :

  • Required to travel
  • UAE Driving license & Car Holder (Mandatory)
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Arabic speaking would be an advantage however not mandatory
  • Immediate available is preferred.
