The department helps participants to understand the requirements of participation from the day they sign an agreement through to Expo 2020, and it acts as the main communicator and facilitator with participants.
The Senior Manager One Stop Shop is responsible for the project management of the delivery of an excellent and seamless Participant’s Operational Journey through the development of the One Stop Shop in collaboration with and internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of services.
