Department Definition

The International Participants department is responsible for drafting and implementing the strategy for international participants.

The department helps participants to understand the requirements of participation from the day they sign an agreement through to Expo 2020, and it acts as the main communicator and facilitator with participants.

Opportunity Responsibilities

The Senior Manager One Stop Shop is responsible for the project management of the delivery of an excellent and seamless Participant’s Operational Journey through the development of the One Stop Shop in collaboration with and internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of services.

Main responsibilities for this role include :

  • Manage the planning and delivery of the One Stop Shop covering the various stages of the participation journey;
  • Lead the One Stop Shop team to ensure a proper implementation and delivery of the One Stop Shop project;
  • Support the management in designing the service delivery mechanism including partners and 3rd parties;
  • Document and coordinate the business requirement of systems integration and linkages;
  • Document and coordinate the business requirement of participant portal upgrades and online service delivery.
  • Skills

    At least 5 years’ experience in strategic and operational planning as well as :

  • Demonstrate strong project planning, management and organization skills;
  • Flexible attitude and being able to adapt to rapid change;
  • People and relationship building skills.
