Business Development Manager Primary Job Functions New client development marketing through inside outside sales processes Meet and exceed revenue goals relative to business unit past performance Job Profile A total of minimum 8 10 years of experience Should have spent at least 5 years in Business Development in UAE selling IT Software services in banks or retail Researching and identifying sales opportunity generating leads target identification and classification Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product services Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product services as per their needs Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients Should have achieved the target of approx 1 million dollars in one year Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients including continuous improvement in service product during the life cycle of customer service Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends market activities and competitors Prepares reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Arabic speaking skills will be an added advantage
