Therole needs strong alignment with Oracle Sales, Product Management, Leadershipteams and extended Oracle A&C Organization especially the CEI (CloudExcellence Implementer) SaaStransformation team.

Inthis role, you will be a strong communicator, able to influence and drivestrategic discussions with management consulting firms and manage to get themcloser to our business and products.

A management consultant who understandshow these companies work and have a unique blend of Innovation, Strategic Thinking,Digital Transformation and Change Management skills.

Thisrole is vital for Oracle Partner Business as it covers all big strategicopportunities.

Job Description :

  • Identify the top influencers / management-consultingfirms in the country who are working with our customers on buildingdigitization strategies
  • Build win / win strong relationshipswith the influencers / management-consulting firms at all levels
  • Build a robust working model withthem
  • Build a strong governance betweenthem and our sales and product teams
  • Enable them on our product portfolio
  • Facilitate alignment between themand Oracle sales management on win / win opportunities
  • Align effectively with sales team,Product management, Consulting and extended A&C team
  • Widen Oracle’s relevance into X-LOBoutcome driven sales opportunities
  • Develop industry-focused joint plansunderpinned by Oracle Technology and joint plans / events / publications
  • Utilize the influencers effectivelyin the adoption and expansion of Oracle technologies.
  • Skills / Experience :

  • Understanding of Managementconsulting firms Operating Model, Services, Strategies, and processes
  • Good Understanding of Oracle SaaS / cloud Portfolio and Emerging technology offerings including Block Chain, AI,IOT, Machine Learning, Adaptive Intelligence, etc.
  • Understand the technology evolution / Market trends
  • Understand CEOs Strategies,priorities, and ability to design and drive Digital transformation projects
  • Understand business-consultingcycles
  • Understand Customer Adoption / Success cycle
  • Influential / Ability toinfluence big Organizations
  • Strong communication skills atall levels and Ability to work well with other organizations in a team environment.
  • Self runner who can balance betweenlong term and short-term plans and understands well the balance betweenstrategic objectives and tactics

  • Programmatic, structured, wellorganized
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience inManagement / business consulting
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Ability to work independently anddemonstrate sound judgment under pressure and ambiguity

  • Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

    Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals.

    Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies.

    Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards.

    Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners.

    Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

    Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills.

    Prefer 5 years of related experience. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.
