Ensure that comments are responded within 24 hours on all channels
Provide full support for all Front Office sections
Update monthly attendance & payroll closing Position Requirements and Offer Details Knowledge & Competencies
Excellent English skills both verbal and written is mandatory
Previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel.
