About the Job :

An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Executive to join our Finance Department in Jumeirah at Etihad Towers. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are :

  • To audit the costs of each department within the property in order to ensure that the appropriate internal control procedures are followed in the most effective manner.
  • These will be done by providing timely and accurate information to the management.

  • This includes producing daily food cost report, Monthly potential cost reports, Menu engineering analysis, recipe costing, monitoring slow & nonmoving stocks and regular spot checks.
  • About you :

    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :

  • University degree or equivalent Finance qualification
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Previous experience of Adaco and Symphony / micros
  • Knowledge in Sun Financial is an added advantage
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good communications Skills, analytical skills and good understanding of USOA 11th edition
